Private View – London Design Festival 2015
Private View is an unnerving installation exploring ideas of civilian monitoring in the 21st century. Featuring a new audio visual remix of whistleblower Edward Snowden’s fascinating keynote recorded live at FutureFest, Nesta’s two day festival of innovation, in March 2015.
Combining traditional tools of spying with 21st century technology, the installation made use of innovative lighting and a two way mirror within a custom built booth to present two visitors at a time with very different viewing experiences of the Snowden interview.
Commissioned by Nesta for Signal Noise’s private_i exhibition at Protein Gallery.
